We route from your property to each trailhead on the road network. A cabin near Berry Hollow shows 2 minutes to Old Rag's Berry Hollow lot, not a misleading radius.

Ranked fairly, every time
Stays are ordered by drive time, closeness to the area, verification, completeness and freshness. Paying is not an input.

Bookings go to you
The button on your listing goes to your direct booking site, or to Airbnb or Vrbo if you prefer. We never take a cut.

Your photos and words
Verified hosts publish their own photos and descriptions. We never copy them from booking platforms.

Click reports
We count clicks from your listing to your booking site and share them with you, starting with founding hosts. We never invent booking numbers.

Free forever
Creating, claiming, editing and keeping a listing never costs anything. Neither does linking to your own booking site.
No pay-to-rank
There is no premium placement and no boost for our founder’s own cabin. If we ever add promoted spots, they will be labeled and separate.
Optional booking later
If we offer checkout on HikeShenandoah one day, it will be opt-in with a published fee. Free listings stay free and are not demoted.
Your data is yours
You control your photos, text and how precisely your location is shown. Ask and we take your listing down.
Apply as a founding host
We are onboarding the first twenty hosts in the Old Rag, Syria, Madison and Sperryville area personally. We reply to every application, verify that you own or manage the property, and build your listing with you.
Already listed as unclaimed?
Pick it in the form to claim it. We verify ownership by email at your official domain, a call to your published number, or business records. Knowing a booking-site URL is not enough.
