Madison County

Syria is a crossroads in Madison County where Weakley Hollow Road runs up to the park boundary. From here the lower Whiteoak Canyon lot and the Berry Hollow trailhead for Old Rag are a short drive, and Graves Mountain Farm keeps the market, restaurant and festivals going through the seasons.

Syria is also where the drive gets long. Skyline Drive is a climb away, through Sperryville and Thornton Gap or south through Madison and Swift Run Gap.
